When something goes wrong, please send one or all of the following data to support@bloomce.com in discussion with support staff. The log files or the files we request does not have user data in them, unless specifically stated here.


  • C:\ProgramData\BloomCE\Logs\Bloomce.log 


  • If the application has crashed, there may be a .dmp file in the folder C:\ProgramData\BloomCE\Logs. Send all or just the relevant .dmp file.


  • The ini file is located at C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\BloomCE.ini


  • Click on white prompt at lower left corner of window to expose the command prompt and type "userenv". Press Enter. It will open a text file with details of system dlls and environment variables. Copy the content and send to support.
